With the application of the Lean philosophy, Kauman seeks to improve the management of processes by eliminating activities that do not add value and thus be able to obtain a better quality product that in turn improves the customer experience. The company's manufacturing staff has attended more than 20 sessions during the last two years in which an expert consultant has taught concepts and practical examples on the productive organization methodology. Quality, environment and innovation have been some of the topics in which special emphasis has been placed in the course of the training.
