Airports
Every day, millions of people and pieces of luggage travel hundreds of metres and sometimes kilometres around airports. To reduce the time wasted moving around, Kauman has developed the Kauport belt that reduces the time and also the tiredness caused by travelling with luggage. If the luggage is checked in, it will also be transported by a ribbed Kauman belt onto the plane.

Wood
Logs, splinters and oils are responsible for most of the incidents that occur in the wood industry. A log can break a belt and block a factory’s production. A splinter can get caught in a drum and damage a newly mounted belt. Oils and resins infiltrate the rubber and make it lose its characteristics and deform.
